Client: Johnson’s Baby is an established and leading American brand of baby cosmetics and skin care owned by Kenvue.
Challenge: Create a promotional e-mail that talks to parents concerned about providing their toddlers with the highest quality products. The copy should be crafted to persuade them to visit the product’s page to learn more about it and download a coupon to purchase it.
Solution: I went with a subject line that displays the discount straightaway, followed by the benefit in the snippet. The deeper benefit came in the first line of the email, talking to both parent and baby. Jaque Carvalho created a design aligned with the message, brand’s identity, and product's colour palate.
